Can anyone tell me why pine nuts cost SOOOO much? Are they a hard to harvest nut? Are they rare? Are they just that good? What is it?
On another note, I cooked like a fiend tonight. We had Mediterranean green beans, faux chicken cigars, spinach phyllo pizza, and apple & mint couscous.
There was supposed to be pear pudding, but there was no vacancy in our stomachs after all that.
